There’s a big controversy in the medical and natural living communities about which salt is healthier, or if it’s detrimental altogether.
The most often asked questions are
- Does it cause high blood pressure?
- Can it improve your health?
- Does it really matter which kind of salt I use?
You hear all kinds of negative things about salt, but is it all bad for you? I did a little research to see which salt is healthier. My personal choice is NOT to use refined table salt. It’s highly processed with some or all of these nasty chemicals: chlorine, aluminum and ammonia. Yuck!! Thanks but no thanks!
I want salt that is pure and unprocessed.
I’ve decided on pink Himalayan salt for my family, but there are other healthy choices out there.
