It’s also important that we stay on track and avoid the sugar and carbs even over the holidays, so I thought I would share a few of my favorite quick and easy party recipes from some of my favorite low carb/keto Foodies ❤️ (These recipes are also great for my weight loss surgery community.)

This Sausage Dip with Cream Cheese is a fantastic make-ahead party appetizer. Prep it a day or two before, bake, and serve with veggies or fathead pita dippers. It is packed with flavor and has only 5 ingredients!
This fudge brings back those warm fuzzy feelings (but without the sugar crash)! I say let’s make this easy holiday fudge for Christmas in July. And maybe for Easter. Possibly to celebrate the end of the school year. And really, on any day that ends in “y” because it’s perfect then, too.
Low Carb Bagel Dogs or pretzel dogs are easy to make with the Fathead pizza crust recipe. Just wrap, roll, and bake. The perfect low carb or keto lunch, snack, or meal.
