Frustrated? Do you work at home and need to hire a VA?
Are you thinking about outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant because there are things you just don’t have time to do? Perhaps you find yourself stuck because you are intimidated by some of the technical stuff and just can’t get past it? Then it’s time to get some help. Often times, it’s hard for us to let go and let some one else do it, especially if you have never hired a Virtual Assistant before. Or maybe you think you can’t afford to hire a VA. Ask yourself this question, can you afford to be stuck and on hold indefinitely? Yeah, me neither.
When you are looking for a new Virtual Assistant there are several places you can look. Ask your business friends online to recommend someone, ask in forums, Google “hire a VA” or “Virtual Assistant”, ask on your social media networks and check out Odesk, Elance or Shelancers just to name a few.
I recommend that you hire 3 Virtual Assistants to do the same small job and see who fits the bill the best, make kind of a test run. Then out of the 3; who followed direction the best, understood what you wanted and finished in a timely manner. Who did you resonate with? Which one really ‘got you’ and what you do? On average, you’ll see that one was good, one was mediocre and one not so hot.
Now that you have the pre-screening out of the way, you can feel confident that you have made a good choice and that outsourcing with a Virtual Assistant is money well spent. Choosing the right VA is a great investment in your home business.
