As you already know if you’ve been following my blog, I’ve been working on converting to a healthier lifestyle for a few years now through eating, exercise and natural health supplements. I first started when I was introduced to some pretty amazing health supplements about 3 years ago and have used them successfully to improve my health and lose some weight ever since.

I’ve been working out a few times a week for about a year now and have been more aware of the food I put into my mouth. This has resulted in losing 57 pounds over 3 years.
You’re thinking that’s a pretty slow loss for 3 years. Well I said I paid more attention to what I put into my mouth, but, honestly sometimes I paid a great deal of attention to potato chips and pasta as I popped then into my pie hole! More good than bad though.
Yep, it hasn’t been all smooth sailing. While my little pink drink helped me stay on track most of the time, sometimes you just gotta go for the goodies! Thankfully, I have been able to maintain my weight loss even when when my head wasn’t in the game. Thanks to my pink drink, I didn’t gain any weight back. You gotta love that!
Anyway, I’ve gotten serious again and have started eating low carb and plan to share my journey here on my blog. I’m not calling this a diet, but a lifestyle. I’m not dieting. I still get to eat most of the foods I love, I’m just counting carbs. So come along with me and let’s do this together!
