Add apple cider vinegar and beat for a few seconds until incorporated
Add dry ingredients about a quarter cup at a time. Batter will become thick, but will still be batter, not like dough. If it's too thick add a little water or almond mild to thin out a bit.

Be very gentle when removing from the oven. Set the pan on a rack to cool. If you giggle it around much, it will fall. Once cooled remove from loaf pan.
