This week was exciting for me! I stretched myself and got out of my comfort zone at my virtual Mortage Burning Party. I used the web cam and everyone who attended saw me live. I wore a cute n’ sill party hat and blew a party horn and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Unfortunately I didn’t realize that the web cam part wouldn’t record with the webinar service I used so there’s no “me” on the replay.
I’m a little ticked about that because it was my video “debut” and I looked so damned adorable! 
WARNING!!: I was using a party horn at the beginning of the video that sounds like a sick moose, so I hope you don’t get scared, freaked out and turn it off. Here’s the replay:

I will be using my web cam a lot in the future. It really opened up a whole new way to engage with my community.

Also, thank you for all your prayers a well wishes for my mom. She is in good health and spirits but the ulcer on her foot is still not healing well enough, even after they put in a stint to give her better circulation, so they are going to start in-home treatments with some kind of a machine next week. Just so you understand, nothing keeps my mom from socializing. She is a social butterfly. Usually the oldest anywhere she goes so people tend to treat her with great respect and pamper her and she isn’t about to miss out on one minute of that! She still goes out to eat wearing that big boot thing they have her in, she went to the movies with me last night. So while we appreciate your prayers and want you to keep ‘em coming, she isn’t lying in a hospital bed wasting away, lol!

Finally, it’s my daughter’s birthday today! She’s 32 years young. I know what you must be thinking that I must have been a child myself when I had her, ;^) but nope I was a grown azz woman! She has become a lovely intelligent woman and a very good mommy to my lil’ guy Caleb. I’m very proud of her.
I have a favor to ask, would you please run over to her Facebook page and wish her a happy birthday and tell her The Happypreneur sent you. She’ll get a kick out of that.
