Well, another year is almost over. Where the heck does the time go?
Did you meet your goals this year?
It’s time to be sure next years goals are in place.
Please don’t make the mistake of not setting goals.
If you don’t have a road map of where you are going in your online biz, you’ll get lost, sidetracked and end up in the middle of nowhere!
For those of you who are not planners, don’t freak, these goals are not totally etched in stone. You have flexibility. After all you are a Happypreneur. You’re the boss! New things come along that are too good to pass up. Or something you planned for the year just isn’t working like you thought it would and it’s time to ditch it and cut your losses. That’s just how it is.
But without a plan, you’re screwed.
The end of next year will get here and you’ll be wondering where it went and how you could have had so little business growth.
I know… that was me. The first couple of years I had no direction and I got nowhere fast! That’s one of the reasons it took me so long to start seeing success. I screwed up. Don’t make the same mistake.
I’m going to share my 2013 goals with you so you will be able to see how I set my goals plus you can keep me accountable! If I tell you then I have to be sure to do them or I’ll have to hang my head in shame. 😳
- I am going to start podcasting and am committing to a minimum of 26 episodes in 2013
- Add at least 2000 subscribers to my list
- Teach at least 3 new workshops this year, perhaps 4
- Create 4 new JV partnerships in 2013. That may be to participate in a telesummit, create a product with someone else, co-author a book, or any number of things. I’m open.
Those are my goals. They are pretty general. I do have them broken down into realistic chunks and will monitor my progress and adjust wherever I need to.
See, you don’t have to map out every day or week for the year ahead. It’s not that hard. Just write down what you want to accomplish throughout the year, then break it down into manageable chunks.
So my challenge to you is to think about what you want to accomplish and tell us your goals in the comments. This way, they will become real and we can hold each other accountable.
Let’s do a little butt kickin’ together next year!
With love and blessings,
