Kelly over at Eat Yourself Skinny posted a great low carb recipe for Baked Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce that I just had to share with you. It’s a favorite of her family and we love it in our house too! I’ve been making a similar version of this for years. This is a really versatile recipe that can be changed up any way you want. You can use her recipe for sauce or your own. Either way it’s gonna be a delicious and satisfying low carb dish your family will love all year round!
Her carb count for a 1/2 cup serving is 9.8 grams. With 2.2 grams of fiber that brings the net carbs down to 7.6. Heck you can double that serving and still be in a good place! Enjoy!
