Do you feel like the Working Dead?
Many of us are perpetually exhausted these days. We assume it’s because we live such busy lives. That the kids, household chores, job, shopping, kids sports and extra-curricular activities are to blame for being run down all the time, but that shouldn’t be the case.
Think about it, before all of the modern conveniences we take for granted these days, our ancestors didn’t live in a constant state of exhaustion and they had to walk 10 miles uphill in 6 foot of snow to get anywhere. It was a lot harder back then. Something else has to be going on here.
I am a huge proponent for gut health.
I’ve done hours upon hours of research on how the gut/immune system works and what happens when it doesn’t work and why. Your gut health (digestive system) contributes up to 80% of your overall physical and mental well being.
Poor gut health is very often caused by poor diet (most of us eat a horrible diet), antibiotics, over the counter and prescription drugs and excess sugar in our diets. Since we often don’t eat well and have all used antibiotics to kill bad bacteria, it does not discriminate. Antibiotics kill off just as many good bacteria at the same time, leaving our guts unbalanced. This can lead to an overgrowth of yeast fungus in our gut.
The very best way to remedy this is to be sure to take a top quality probiotic. This can prevent many of the minor to debilitating illness and disease in our world today.
This video focuses on yeast and exhaustion. While I am not always a big fan of Dr. Oz, this video is spot on. Watch the video…
Absolutely everyone should be taking a good probiotic. It’s one of the best things you can do for your health and immune system. My husband and I use and highly recommend this probiotic. We have been using it for about 2-1/2 years now and neither of us have had so much as a sniffle, flu or virus in that time. I also suggest a good multi-vitamin daily too. Not all probiotics or vitamins are are equal. You will not get the quality or the absorbancy for optimum results from your neighborhood discount store.
Watch for Part 2 of this series coming soon, with lots more information on how to get rid of exhaustion and a myriad other health issues.
